Aalo Ki Tikki







 
  • Ingredients:
  • Potato – 1 kg
  • Salt – according to taste
  • Chili Flake – according to taste
  • Whole Cumin – 1 tbsp
  • Whole Coriander – 1 tbsp
  • Pomegranate Seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Green Chili – 2
  • Fresh Coriander - as required
  • Egg – 2
 
  • Directions:
  1. Boil potato peal it and mash it.
  2. Add all spice in it and mix it and make tike (kabab).
  3. Roll it in betted eggs and fry it.
  4. Your Aalo Ki Tikki are ready.
