Aalo Ki Tikki
- Potato – 1 kg
- Salt – according to taste
- Chili Flake – according to taste
- Whole Cumin – 1 tbsp
- Whole Coriander – 1 tbsp
- Pomegranate Seeds – 1 tbsp
- Green Chili – 2
- Fresh Coriander - as required
- Egg – 2
- Boil potato peal it and mash it.
- Add all spice in it and mix it and make tike (kabab).
- Roll it in betted eggs and fry it.
- Your Aalo Ki Tikki are ready.
