Gullati
- Rice – 250 gm
- Khoya – 750 gm
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Green Cardamom – 10
- Clove – 6
- Almond - 1/4 cup
- Pistachio - 1/4 cup
- Cashew Nut - 1/4 cup
- Coconut - 1/4 cup
- Currants - 1/4 cup
- Oil or Ghee - 1cup
- Boil rice with clove.
- Take a pan add oil and cardamom cook it.
- When it’s aromatic add khoya and cook it.
- When it becomes brown add sugar and all nuts, cook and add boiled rice.
- Mix it and leave it on slow flame.
- Your Gullati is ready.
