  • Ingredients:
  • Rice – 250 gm
  • Khoya – 750 gm
  • Sugar – 1 cup
  • Green Cardamom – 10
  • Clove – 6 
  • Almond - 1/4 cup
  • Pistachio - 1/4 cup
  • Cashew Nut - 1/4 cup
  • Coconut - 1/4 cup
  • Currants - 1/4 cup
  • Oil or Ghee - 1cup
 
  • Directions:
  1. Boil rice with clove.
  2. Take a pan add oil and cardamom cook it.
  3. When it’s aromatic add khoya and cook it.
  4. When it becomes brown add sugar and all nuts, cook and add boiled rice.
  5. Mix it and leave it on slow flame.
  6. Your Gullati is ready.
