Pillao Biryani






 
  • Ingredients:
  • Rice – 1 kg
  • Chicken – 1 kg
  • Salt – according to taste
  • Chili Flake – according to taste
  • Turmeric – 1 tsp
  • Clove – 15
  • Bay Leave – 2
  • Black Cardamom – 2
  • Cinnamon Stick – 2
  • Tomato – 3
  • Onion – 2
  • Yogurt – 1 cup
  • Garlic – 18 clove
 
  • Directions:
  1. Boil rice with salt and cinnamon.
  2. Take onion chop it and fry when it becomes golden, add clove in it and chicken, fry it.
  3. When chicken is little brown add yogurt and leave it for 15 minutes.
  4. After 15 minutes when yogurt is dried add salt, turmeric, chili flake, green chili, bay leave, cardamom, tomato and cook it.
  5. When tomato are soft and dissolved in masala.
  6. Take pan add chicken masala then boiled rice, chop crush garlic, then chicken then rice, garlic and cover it leave it for 10 minutes on slow flame.
  7. After 10 minutes mix pillao and served it with Aloo Ke Tike and Raita.
  8. Your Pillao Biryani is ready.
