Pillao Biryani
- Rice – 1 kg
- Chicken – 1 kg
- Salt – according to taste
- Chili Flake – according to taste
- Turmeric – 1 tsp
- Clove – 15
- Bay Leave – 2
- Black Cardamom – 2
- Cinnamon Stick – 2
- Tomato – 3
- Onion – 2
- Yogurt – 1 cup
- Garlic – 18 clove
- Boil rice with salt and cinnamon.
- Take onion chop it and fry when it becomes golden, add clove in it and chicken, fry it.
- When chicken is little brown add yogurt and leave it for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes when yogurt is dried add salt, turmeric, chili flake, green chili, bay leave, cardamom, tomato and cook it.
- When tomato are soft and dissolved in masala.
- Take pan add chicken masala then boiled rice, chop crush garlic, then chicken then rice, garlic and cover it leave it for 10 minutes on slow flame.
- After 10 minutes mix pillao and served it with Aloo Ke Tike and Raita.
- Your Pillao Biryani is ready.
