Sindhi Chicken Fry






 
  • Ingredients:
  • Chicken – 1 kg
  • Chili Flake – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic – 8 clove
  • Salt - according to taste
  • Yogurt – 1 cup with 1 cup water.
 
  • Directions:
  1. Take a pan add yogurt, water, chili flake, salt, chop garlic and mix it.
  2. Now add chicken in it, cook it.
  3. When yogurt and water is dried.
  4. Take another fry pan add some oil in it, then add chicken and fry it.
  5. When it come golden serve with boiled egg.
  6. Your Sindhi Chicken Fry is ready
